Stifle Pact of Negation
The game keeps making me lose by not letting me use "Stifle" to respond to a "Pact of Negation" trigger. its done this 4 times so far. please fix

He is talking about teh Pact of negation triggered Ability at the begining of your next upkeep.
And he is right.MTG Arena didn't let me counter this triggered Ability with Stifle

Stifle only works on abilities. Pact of Negation is a spell.
