S24 ultra constant crashes
The latest update MKM causes very frequent crashes on S24 Ultra. There are no set moments when this happens, can be in menus or in a game or even during drafting which is rather disturbing.
My bet is that the patch has simply not been tested on S24 Ultra as the phone is very new and could do with urgent optimisation work.

I used to have a Samsung S8+ that had no issues with this application at all (it keeps working fine on the S8). My S24 ultra has been crashing since I bought it. No patches and no upgrades have fixed this issue (I also had the problem downloading the large update for a while, after a day or so it worked). Just to be clear, the crashes keep happening completely random on the Samsung S24, all the time except in a game. Please fix this and test the damned client on the new mobile chipsets.

Man, they updated today (12/08/2024) and I can't download the new update files (7gb). I have an S24Ultra 512Gb and yup, crashes even for downloading the app...

Hi, same thing here with my s24 ultra...it's very anoing when you are drafting and that happen...something you can do for avoid this issue ? Thank you

I'm on an S24+ and having the same crash issues. Tried clearing the cache and re-installing multiple times, with no luck.
Researching online, it seems that there are compatibility issues between Unity (the game engine used by Arena) and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, which have led to similar issues for other games.
