Cloak + Conspiracy Unraveler
Cloak Conspiracy Unraveler (like by using Hide in Plain Sight). All cards in your hand show alternate casting cost of 0 and allow you to attempt to cast them for 0 even though Conspiracy Unraveler is Cloaked and its ability shouldn't be active.

Yes. I tried it in a match just now and not only does it show the option but it will allow it to happen. Then I checked and verified my instinct that it shouldn't work like that and did not do it again. Immediately came to report it because I don't want to get into trouble for taking advantage of what I wasn't sure was a bug at the time.
