I'm playing on iOS, after 2 minutes, the app should simply give up and exit to the main screen.

No logs because the iOS app logs button doesn't work.

This happens more often when I have been away from the game, just after I tap "Reconnect". It also happens more often when I force quit the game to try to get out of an endless waiting period.

Happening to me now as well. I've tried both on my Android phone and on Steam on my PC. Same thing. Load into a match and then I either get to pick my starting hand/mulligan or I never get to pick anything. The turn timer then goes down and doesn't do anything whenever it hits zero.

This is happening today. Reboot game and machine multiple times, reinstall game. Not working.
Created deck, signed up for constructed event and draft but cannot play against anyone.

this is happening to me right now, can't play a single match. I don't understand how arena gets worse the longer it is around.

I'm also stuck on waiting for opponent. It's been 2 days and 3 reinstalls. Force stops. Trying it on steam. Nothing works. Y'all need to fix your game. I've spent too much time and money on this game for it to be having these issues.

Same here. I was playing on Steam, and during a friend match, the game stuck waiting for opponent on both sides. My friend cancel the game, and was ok, but my screen was kept on "waiting for opponent". After more than 30 minutes, finally restart game, but as the game loaded, was launched directly to the "waiting for opponent" screen. Try the Flush DNS solution, and it didn't work. Try clearing local files on steam, and it didn't work. Try reinstalling the game on Steam, and it didn't work, same screen every time. Tried uninstalling on Steam and Installing directly on PC, and it didn't work, same results.

So, I guess it has to be some account related issue.

I can't go anywhere on the game apart from that screen,
