Shuffle
I don’t know what needs to change on y’all’s end, but losing games due to land multiple times in a payed tournament is crazy. In tabletop you can always 6way or 8way shuffle, almost always separating the deck properly. You guys just stack the deck, and land *****. I have also noticed that when playing regular non payed or ranked matches the deck is usually good. It’s only when it’s ranked or payed does the deck not shuffle properly.

And, when it's a PAID tourney, you're liable to the FTC for legal and fair practice. I've dealt with this for long enough. I'm about to take more drastic action.
