Occasionally while exiling cards from your graveyard to pay for delve costs Arena is unable to process the spell payment and the game begins to time out. The client needs to be restarted in order to continue play by both players or eventually the time extensions run out for one player and they receive a loss. Neither player can take any actions until the client is restarted.
