Crashing while opening boosters
I play arena on my android. Since the first update of thunder junction I have been experiencing the app shutting down on its own. It's been happening mainly in the interface and has recently started happening during games. I have been able to put up with it. What the main issue is that it has started happening when I am opening booster packs. This has happened twice now. I open the pack and just before the cards are revealed the app forces itself to close. After restarting the app, I go to my collection to see the new cards that are always labeled as such and find nothing. I don't believe I received any of the cards. I love this game and I have enjoyed this app from day one. Please let me know what the solution is.

The problem is that Arena only labels cards as "new" if you received them AFTER you opened the app, so cards gotten from packs opened before a crash would not be labeled as "new" anymore. When opening a pack, the pack is replaced in your inventory with the cards regardless of the animation, so it's safe to assume that you do have the cards from them.
You can try going to https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/ and choosing "Account Issues" to see if they can tell you what cards you received. Other option for future packs would be to keep a written list of what all you have and cross-referencing after opening a pack.
I'm assuming that you've tried reinstalling already to see if that helps with the crashing problem.

Yes, but none of this helps me with the two booster packs that I have lost due to this issue
