Why is it so hard for you to fix Koma, the Cosmos Serpent? She crashes every game on mobile. Has been doing that for MONTHS. So many people have reported it, upvoted it and posted on social media about it by now. Do you guys go to work or just call in sick every second day or what's up with this company? At this point, it's just annoying. You earn so much money. Do your job and fix crucial bugs like this. This client is running like a beta-version because certain actions cause it to CRASH PERMANENTLY. That you're not embarrassed beyond any means for not being able to solve this for such a long time....unbelievable. The audacity. Precisely why I don't put any money into arena anymore. Improve your offer, get more money. You WILL NOT get money IN ADVANCE for an offer this bad. Sorry.

It’s absolutely criminal the way this still hasn’t been addressed. At least ban it until the issue is resolved. But instead they allow players running on PC to steal free wins from their main mobile players base. Happy to take their payments for microtransactions even though the company has NO intention to provide for those customers the full experience of the game. And without informing those clients otherwise. We should report these incompetent @$$Holes to the Federal Trade commission. This type of fraud should be investigated and their profits taken away.
