If a card is sent to the grave yard and its ability is if attacks, or enters exile target card from grave yard it gets a +1/+1 they why would it keep coming back to the field when other people use it when it’s sent to the graveyard, but when I do it it stays in the grave yard?

Were your opponents using instants to return them to the battlefield when they died?
