Claim button not working

After a match, where I would claim my prizes, the claim page shows no prize, and pushing the button does nothing. I am still able to open the friends list and rotate the screen, so the app is not frozen, i just can’t proceed by pushing the claim button. The only way to proceed is to close and restart the app. I am on an iPhone SE 2.

I’ve also been having this exact same issue since the Bloomburrow update. Just happened a few minutes ago after I completed a match on mobile iOS
