Received "Waiting for Server" error during match. Unable to act during turn, but actively able to see idle rope animation. Was able to see opponents actions but unable to act during my turn. On opponents turn, cards highlighted as if I was able to cast, along with other UI elements indicated it was still my turn.

At start of my next turn, several lands showed tapped (though were actually untapped by system).
