Cards exiled with Grenzo cannot be cast
After casting "Grenzo, Crooked Jailer" and selecting the card "The Fall of Kroog" from my opponents deck the card was shown in exile, but cannot be cast (neither for free nor for the full mana price). Neither I nor my opponent had any effects in place that prohibit casting spells (or similar).

I've seen a few threads here saying that The Fall of Kroog has not been castable since Bloomburrow's release, so I'm gonna say this has nothing to do with Grenzo.
