I experience a freeze leading to a crash whenever I interact with the client
I am experiencing a freeze which requires the client to be restarted. In attempting to fix this issue, I have attempted a competely clean install (including removal of Registry keys), and I have rebooted my network and my laptop multiple times.

I experience a freeze when I enter the Quickdraft event area (ie. I can't press the button to pay the gems or gold to enter Quickdraft), and I encounter a similar freeze when I click on my daily quest in the Home screen. The freeze eventually results in the game crashing (see screenshot).

The game freezes and is unrecoverable. I am unable to play the game because it crashes when I attempt to do any action.

Update: I have upgraded my OS to WIndows 11 and once again attempted a fresh install, and the same problem remains: I click on a quest, as soon as I open the game, and it freezes, needing to be restarted. Given all of the things I've attempted to fix this issue, the only conclusion I can reach is that the most recent update lead to a hardware conflict with this laptop (it's a Dell from a few years ago, well within technical specs to run the game, but not top of the line).
The game is UNPLAYABLE for me in this state; I can't even interact with the client. I was playing 2-3 drafts a day on this laptop in the week preceding the update so it is clear what the cause is.

I have the same problem.
The program update process was fine, but the client keeps freezing.
After logging in, whether I click on the store tab or the deck tab on the home screen, the client freezes and I can't do anything, and eventually I have to force quit.
I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it, but the problem remains.
I can't play the game or do anything on the client.
