Could not use sideboard after reconnect
Could not sideboard in bo3 matches if during the game connection dropped.
Cards could be love out of the deck but couldn't be moved into the deck. If card was moved out you have to wait for 2 minutes.

Confirming that this is still an issue on both android and PC. Disconnect/reconnect at any point during a best-of-3 game results in not being able to sideboard.
Cards can be taken out of the deck, but cannot be added in. Clicking a sideboard card has no effect, including the cards which have just been taken out of the deck.
The result is that if you remove a card from the deck to try to sideboard, it is impossible to submit a legal deck, and you have to wait for the timer to expire. In addition to not being able to change your deck configuration, of course.
