Could remove cards from main deck, could not add sideboard cards during BO3 explorer
I was able to remove cards from my main deck (counter went from 60/60 to 58/60, but I could not add cards to my sideboard during the sideboard phase). The match appeared to reload after game 1.

This error occurred twice, could not sideboard, also game 2 featured the inability to select a basic land to put onto the battlefield from a field of ruin activation.
