Allegedly All Access Midweek Magic
The Arena event page heavily implies it's all access (as in cards you don't own, not banlits). The THIS WEEK IN MIDWEEK MAGIC webpage implies similar (although the The THIS WEEK IN MIDWEEK MAGIC suggests that maybe it's a matter of only all access for new set commanders, but I tested that and still doesn't work).

Frustrating and sad that they didn't fix it before the event was over. Not going to unvote for it. This is very much not the first time this sort of error has happened. But I hope it will be the last.
