Tickets about this and still nothing. Seems wizards doesn’t care

Received non of the "pay-to-unlock" Mastery Rewards for the Last 20 lvls.

same problem, might be linked to the 5000 xp gift but I think I also missed the 2000 gold for lvl 19 that I passed normally

Gifting 5000 XP when the rewards don't work is just my sense of humor

Same here, only got 2 packs from going from 45 to 50 with the 5000 gifted xp... no orbs, no sleeve, no gems.

I lost my level 16 rewards at level 35, they said they are fixing it, they said it 1 week ago. I hope it is not considered a minor bug, but given top priority

I gain 5 levels with the 5000 xp and jump several level but nothing...

What a joke for something that requires so many gems...

in short i would say i got every 3rd level one little thing from the premium pass wich really makes me consider buying it again

As a final test I just got to 53 and yep, didn't receive the BLB pack. Please wizards.

Same with me. I did not receive the mastery companion before the boost and nothing after the 5.000 EXP boost.

I made a comment on this before but now its especially egregious. I got the free 5000 exp but only got the basic DSK pack as a result. It jumped me from level 47 to 52 completely skipping the arguably most important reward in the pass: the 400 gems. So now this glitch hasn't just cost me cosmetics, its cost me literal money as well that I again PAID to access. I paid for this pass cause I like arena and duskmorn but apparently this glitch just allows them to scam their customers while not getting what they paid for. I've basically missed out on 80% of the pass rewards because of this glitch. C'mon, Wizards, I usually defend you guys but, like, this is a MAJOR bug.
