There are already more than 20 lvls without earning a reward

Today, 25/10/2024, I also didn't receive the 400 gems from level 37 of the paid mastery pass. I didn't pay attention to the other rewards, but I will for the next level.

EDIT: I checked, I also didn't receive the card packs and the card style from level 36. I should have received everything for the levels before because I unlocked the paid part at level 35, but nothing for the level afterwords. If I knew this would have happened, I would have waited for the last day to unlock it.

yes what the heck is this I paid for the mastery pass and got nothing from leveling!!

Same here, haven’t received any rewards from the paid mastery pass for multiple levels. Hope they fix this and give some kind of compensation to players who were having this issue, since we spent actual money on stuff we didn’t receive!

the same hapend to me. i havent received reward from lvl 33, 34 , 35 ,36 etc

The same has happened to me, many items such as boosters, arts and gold were not received. All from the paid part of the pass.

Didn't receive multiple rewards at this stage.. This is kinda a ridiculous "bug" for the fact how freaking expensive this game already is and the only way to get some new cards is to open packs and then you don't eben receive your packs..

same for me, havent gotten the 2000gold from level 33 and had not gotten the pack from 31. not sure about 32 but it just is not working.

I bought the pass at level 31, got all my rewards as expected. Leveled to 32 and only got the pack from the free track. It's been about a day and no mastery orb or card style yet, but I did receive the gold from the level 33 paid track.

I haven't received it since lvl 20, I'm already at lvl 42 and no one has solved it

Having the same issue. Not receiving rewards, cards purchased with orbs, or certain cards from other decks I’ve played. Missing multiple legendary mythic cards 🥲

same for me, I haven't unlocked any for a while now, it only concerns the mastery pass ones.

Same as everyone. I'm only receiving basic rewards since level 19

I am only receiving standard mastery pass awards and not the premium since I hit lvl 21

Same here, I didn't receive the last 10 premium levels rewards (more or less, don't know exactly), since several days ago. I hope they fix it soon

I wait for 4 days, i get an e-mail that they solve the Problem but in reality i dont get any Missing rewards ... Thats horrific... Yesterday i dont get a Pack. I Miss the 400dias.... I pay 24 Euro for this and nothing Happens
