Same issue here. I'm stopping buying anything for real money unless this is fixed. I'm not gonna risk not getting another bought stuff.

Same here, since I bought the Mastery Pass I only received the free rewards. i am missing like 8 Levels of mastery rewards :(

It happened again, I advanced to level 39 and I didn't receive the Booster that would be the Mastery Pass prize... This is very annoying, because of the smell I will have to report all the next levels!

i haven't received any bottom row rewards from mastery pass at all. missed out on several old packs as well as the 2 mythic cards multiple times.

I have the same issue, currently I am at level 35 and Master Pass Rewards wasn't received multiple times. Please make an action to this, as we're paying Mastery Passes for the rewards

I'm having the same issue here, just unlocked level 35 and haven't received the pack.

Same problem, getting only the basic rewards but not the ones for unlocking the mastery pass.

I'm dealing with the same starting at level 33. I spent what little money I received for my birthday on this. WotC seems to not be in a rush to fix this or even acknowledge it's an issue...
