Still not receiving the rewards from the mastery pass. How is it so complicated to fix?

So after accumulating the rewards, I am missing not only booster packs from the mastery rewards, but also orbs and parallax art style rewards from the mastery rewards are not unlocked. Please find a way to do the checksum on the unlocks and see could be done to restore the rewards.

Still not receiving rewards even after the last patch. Can we have some info on when will this be fixed?

Same here, I noticed a few days ago that I didn't get the draft token (lvl 15) and the same happened today as I didn't get the 2000 gold after reaching lvl 19.

I still not received my missing Mastery Pass rewards till this day. It's been so long. More than 10 levels. I am getting a bit concerned, when will we get an answer ? This was the first time I bought it and it was really important to me. Please, do something !

No Mastery Rewards since Lvl 20 maybe even longer.

This is a joke, right? Ticket #4157322 referred me back here to - you can find all the logs and my anger there. Dodging simple questions which certainly would ease my mind does not help you guys seem more trustworthy.
Won't buy any of the premium items again soon, which is a shame cause I love this game.

When will this be fixed? there's only 2 weeks remaining in the mastery pass. Hope you can fix this before the pass ends or reimburse our expenses

Don't know the exact number but I haven't been gifted at least 3 packs from the mastery pass, just happened now with a bb pack. I want my packs :(

Me too. I buyed the mastery pass and not received the rewards. I'm very sad because is the first time that I finaly could buy the mastery pass.

This is total ****. Any half-decent company would have had this fixed in a day. WotC seems to hire only the stupidest and most incapable people.

I got to lvl 50 of the mastery pass today and did not receive the rewards for lvl 49 and lvl 50, I can prove I did not receive lvl 50 because when I go to sleeves, the one I unlocked for lvl 50 is not there

Same problem. I'm only lv 13 but realized when no packs are received and extended arts are not unlocked.
