I submitted a ticket and they tagged me to this one so it's a known issue. I got all the ones I had unlocked when I bought the pass but every unlock since I haven't gotten, missing about 10 rewards so far. As long as we get it resolved by the end of the pass it's fine I think

I have the duskmourn mastery pass and I have received the paid rewards only at the moment that I buyed it. After that moment I complete the levels and don't receive the rewards. The mastery is about to end in 14 days and I need the rewards to complete the collection and to have gems to buy the next mastery.

This error occurred when the Arena unexpectedly updated after alchemy update. The game is not recording our Mastery Pass rewards. I have the same problem and there are a few days left until the mastery is finished. I'm not receiving packs, orbs, gems, style cards...

I have also received no rewards from the pass since I bought the pass at level 30, this is infuriating as I have finally given this product a chance and was enjoying it until this happened.

There isn't even an error code to report, it just happens and you're screwed out of what you paid for.

Similar to what others have reported, when I purchased the mastery pass I received all the locked rewards. During the last week I have not gotten any of the mastery pass rewards from the second row despite leveling at least 5 times.
