I have not received mine as well since Mastery Level 38. See attached for proof. I should have received Oblivious Bookworm card style ages ago which is the reward on Mastery Pass level 38. I am currently on Mastery Pass 48 but haven't received rewards since 38.

Same issue. I noticed that I wouldn't have enough mastery orbs to redeem for all of the cosmetics by the end of the pass, decided to test with another level up and I didn't receive the pack reward either. Can't confirm which rewards specifically I haven't received, as I haven't noticed it prior, but I'm definitely missing some.

I didn't receive the rewards from level 42 to level 50. Today I won 15 games and I didn't get both the free rewards and the pass rewards (400 gems, 7 packs, 6 orbs, card styles and a sleeve). How can i obtain them?

I seem to be missing several prizes from the unlockable/lower Mastery track. I noticed that I didn't get the packs for number 43 and 47, and I won't get enough eye orbs to unlock all the cosmetics (I'll be five short, it seems). I haven't received the last four lower track card cosmetics or the Merry Beastie companion, so I'm guessing I just haven't gotten any rewards since level 37-38.

Still hoping for my 400 gems to come a week later, nothing like dropping 40 bucks on a free game to not get rewards.

I have the same issue. After lv 30 i didn't get any rewards until lv 35 from the mastery pass. Pls fix this problem!

I'm only receiving free rewards and not the paid tier rewards
