I did not receive rewards today either. Lvl 39 bloomburrow pack was not rewarded.

I'm the same, and I noticed a bug today. I haven't gotten more orbs, card styles, or packs.
Please fix it as soon as possible.

i've stopped receving the packs and the alternitive art cards from the battle pass E.G. at level 43 i did not receive a karlov manor booster and according to my collection i do not own the level 42 alternative art for scorching dragonfire. I hope this issue gets resolved soon

I have the same issue. After purchasing the pass I received all premium rewards I had earned up till that point. As I progressed further I have received no other premium rewards, only the base pass packs.

When I bought the mastery pass, I received all rewards locked rewards from the second row. After that, when leveling I still did not receive anything else from the second row, only the first. The mastery pass ends in 15 days, if the issue is not fixed in 10 days I will have to ask for a refund of the gems I bought with real money to buy the mastery pass.

havent received any of my rewards eithers for the paid part of the pass, only the part of the pass you dont have to pay for. which i paid for the pass so i should be getting packs and whatnot. please fix WotC

26/10/2024 I DO NOT GET THE 400 GEMS FROM THE MASTERY PASS AT LEVEL 37 , and also didnt get the 2000 coins at previous level...

mastery pass remains bugged, have hot receive the rewards of orbs and companion. hope they figure out the solution before the season ends in a few more weeks
