They acknowledged this on the official twitter account days ago, still waiting for the bug fix.

This is a chronic problem that developers have ignored forever. They still pretend to be surprised when the problem becomes evident, a real disregard. Wotc should make an effort to make an MTGA 2.0 rather than keep this shameful program full of bugs.

Wizards stop scamming

Haven't received rewards for a while. Only noticed today when i was working on 43/60 but I never got it. That’s when I realized that I never received the merry beast companion or, for that matter, a *vast* majority of all the mastery pass rewards. I guess I should’ve known something was off when I was only getting DSK packs as rewards but I didn’t notice it. PLEASE fix this, I would like to get the rewards that I, y’know, paid for.

Wizards its been well over a week can you just please get this resolve its embarrassing

Haven't gotten level 39-50 rewards on the paid side of the mastery pass. I have got the packs on the free side.

My premium mastery pass rewards are also not being delivered. Doing a chargeback if they take any longer

Same here. Only receive the rewards for the free pass since like a week, although I bought the full pass (and got the first rewards out of it).

Had no issues until I bought the pass. Didn’t receive my mythics from level 34..

This bs just happened to me, I did not received my 2k gold for getting level 33 im 100% sure of that!

Same problem, noticed I didnt get 400 gem reward. Are they even trying to refund us for this?

Missed out on the 400 gems and was pretty bummed. I believe it may have granted me a few of the daily win bonuses but not all of them?

Are the people at wizards putting any effort into this problem at all?
I bought the mastery pass and have not received any rewards past what was retroactively granted for the levels I had already completed. I don't usually buy the pass and don't think I will again after this.
Is this a common problem?

Same problem, multiple levels with no rewards despite paying for the pass. It does seem that they're aware of the issue though, so fingers crossed.
