Mastery Pass Rewards Not Received
I have not received rewards for the mastery pass today. I am sure that I did not receive the non-DSK packs, but may have missed other rewards that I am unaware of due to realizing this bug after leveling multiple times today.

Are the people at wizards putting any effort into this problem at all?
I bought the mastery pass and have not received any rewards past what was retroactively granted for the levels I had already completed. I don't usually buy the pass and don't think I will again after this.
Is this a common problem?

Same problem, multiple levels with no rewards despite paying for the pass. It does seem that they're aware of the issue though, so fingers crossed.

At least they are aware of the situation, it's on their status page.
Unfortunatly, I just passed a level and didn't get my reward, so their fix doesn't work !
DSK Set Mastery - Issue with Receiving Rewards
Resolved - We have deployed an update that fixes the bug with Duskmourn: House of Horror Set Mastery Pass rewards. Unfortunately, players who purchased between October 14, 2024 and today's update will still not receive rewards as intended.
We are continuing to work towards a solution, and are committed to ensuring that affected players will receive every Mastery reward they have earned.
Identified - We're aware of an issue affecting players who purchased the Duskmourn: House of Horror Set Mastery on MTG Arena after October 15, 2024 not receiving their rewards. We are working on a fix, and will ensure players receive every reward they've earned.

Same here. Haven't gotten any of my rewards since I paid for the pass. From what a lot of people are saying, this has been going on for a while and they haven't done anything about it. What a scam.

I have not received the rewards for multiple levels now. Why did I get it? I won't be getting it again that's for sure
