マスタリーを購入したが、課金したら得られずはずの下段の報酬が全く手に入らない。

First time that I spent money on MTGA buying the mastery pass.
Not receiving rewards for all my levels up.
Not a great experience honestly.
Will not spend anymore money again until the bug it's fixed and receive what I bought.
It seems to be a known bug since bloomburrow.
This is ridiculous.

I have the same problem. I bought the pass at level 33 and received all the rewards. But when leveling up I haven't received any of the mastery pass items...

Adding to the list, I did not receive my mastery pass rewards today.

Same here, My Mastery Pass's currebt level is 40, but I haven't received the companions.I don't think I have at least 10 levels of rewards that I haven't received.

Have not received level 27 400 gems and other paid rewards.

Today i reach lvl 15 mastery and i dindt get any reward... no player draft token (for mastery) and no orb for noemal lvl 15... why? Can anyone help me?

I have the same issue. I purchased the pass at level 31 and I received all the Mastery Pass items up to that point. Leveling up beyond that however does not give me the mastery pass items, only the free ones. I'm currently on level 38 and am missing all the items from levels 32-38.

I'm missing 3 Mastery Orbs, 3 Card Styles, 2000 coins, 400 gems, 2 random mythic cards, and a Duskmourn pack.

I haven't received most of the rewards since level 32

I didn’t receive my 400 gems or my 2000 gold from the battle pass rewards

I am also having this issue.
Purchased the Mystery Pass only because I wanted the 'Raucous Beastie' companion. Upon purchase of Mystery Pass yesterday (Oct. 22) I did receive Builder Beastie, but when completing Mystery Pass lv. 20 today (Oct. 23), did not receive Raucous Beastie.
Where is best beastie? :(

Also having the same issue, Non DSK packs and gems! This cost us money so we expect it to be fixed

Hey there - same issue, didn't receive coins nor the orbs. Tried turning off and revalidating bundles but to no avail. We pay for this, please fix it.

I want to record that I have not been receiving the rewards for the paid part of the mastery pass for quite some time as evidenced by lack of orbs, gems, card styles. However I am receiving the free reward track rewards. Hope this is noted and resolved soon please. Many thanks!

I am now level 12 and no paid pass rewards delivered. This has been going on for over three days now.

Same issue. Noticed today that not receiving mastery pass rewards.
