New patch no bug fix. Still not getting my rewards for an in game purchase. Very frustrating

Have the same issue. I have not received my rewards for mastery pass level 32-36 I’ve received the top row. And I just got to level 36 a few minutes before typing this.

Same, I bought the mastery pass and I didn't receive level 33 (2000 gold), level 34 (two cards) and level 35 (booster pack) rewards during the last two days :(
(Actualisation of my last message : I didn't receive neither level 36 (orb), level 37 (400 gems), level 38 (orb) level 39 (booster) and level 40 (orb and companion). I hope I'll can receive it when the bug will be fixed, please)

Same issue here. Only noticed it because I didn't receive the Orb from level 38. I might also have missed some rewards from previous levels. Hope they fix this soon

Same here. I emailed and got my levels 33-43 retroactively granted but have leveled again since then and now I’m missing some more levels. Hopefully they fix this soon, starting to think buying Mastery Pass may not be worth it

I am not receiving the mastery pass rewards. The game is only giving me free rewards from many levels ago. and I don't want to lose those gems and others.

I have leveled up my Mastery Pass one additional level today and now, I am ALSO missing my Outlaws of Thunder Junction pack in addition to my other missing rewards...but my free Mastery Orb was given just fine!

WotC should be aware that not giving Mastery Pass premium rewards after purchasing said premium pass is a scam and they should be fixing this ASAP.

Same for me, when I unlocked the mastery pass last week I received the previous rewards, but now I only receive the basic rewards when I level up. Not receiving any of the rewards for having the mastery pass unlocked.

Same issue here. I did not received the gems or gold from the mastery pass, for exemple.

Same issue on my end as well. Hasn't received the mastery pass from lvl 31 (that I'm aware of) to currently lvl 34. Although for some reason the free pass is fine.
