Seeking in an empty library should not result in a loss
I played a game recently where my entire library wound up either in my hand or on the battlefield, so my library was completely empty. I had Cabaretti Revels out, and when I played one last creature, I immediately lost as if I had drawn a card. This felt counter-intuitive because seeking can fail and just not return a card. Is it expected for seeking in an empty deck to trigger a loss?
