Hauntwoods Shrieker doesn't cause player to manifest dread when 0 cards left in library
Game Setup:
- player has just drawn last card in library (0 cards left)
- player attacks with Hauntwoods Shrieker
Expected Result:
- player must manifest dread and lose game
Actual Result
- player is not forced to manifest dread, and continues to attack.

No bug. Manifest Dread tells the player to LOOK at the top 2 cards of their library, not DRAW.
