Arena declares draw while resolving scute swarm triggers.
had 40 scute swarms then played a single land. the game began timing me out whilst failing to put the triggers on the stack. (lol fix this, its been a problem since scute swarm came out). when the triggers finally did go on the stack a draw was immediately declared by the game.
