Bug reporting steps:

(1) my user name font displays properly on the wizards account login web page, but not within Arena
(2) this occurs on both PC and iOS. I don’t own other platforms to see if it works there, but I think it’s an Arena text display issue and not an OS interface issue
(3) the results are empty boxes for half of my name characters as shown in the images
(4) my expected results are for my name to display correctly like on the wizards account web page

(6) I have not found a workaround since I can’t change my display name
