during a draft game, at the beginning, I suppose the server crashed or in any case there was a problem related to that... the hourglass remained on the opponent as if to wait, but nothing always remained like that. When I tried to leave and come back it obviously reported the lost one... I kindly ask for a refund! given that the draft costs money anyway.

If a timer ends and the match doesn't continue it means that you have lost your connection to the game server.
