Authority of the consuls just why is my question why was this released from modern horizons into foundation's this card is far too overpowered for its cost and shuts too many decks down this card needs banning and again a card which shows no play testing was done just like all the Heist cards. Do more play testing please for the love of the gods.

Agreed, locks games down from turn one if drawn initially. Needs to be rebalanced.
