I was playing a standard event and my opponent had his second turn, then the program went black for a moment and spat me back out of the game with no win or loss recorded for the game, which seemed strange. But then after I won my next game, it had recorded me as having two losses rather than one, so presumably it decided I had somehow lost that game.

For what it's worth, there were no signs of connection issues.
