Jumpstart Foundations was launched on Arena while "missing" many cards. It was later discovered that the differences from paper were intentional. This was not clearly communicated at the beginning of the event. Ok, mistakes happen.
Then over a week ago some people received compensation for this oversight, in the form of the missing cards. Ok, that's great. Obviously they're going to compensate everyone, right? It's just a slow rollout due to Thanksgiving.
Now it's been over a week, the event is over, and support is unable to provide a clear answer as to whether the rest of us are going to receive equal compensation. What's going on? Have the rest of us been forgotten? Are we just "out of luck"? The lack of clear communication is seriously eroding my trust in Arena.
