Cards that have a mana cost of 7 or higher, like Atraxa, Grand Unifier, should not proc their ability unless cast. The fact that you could cast Zombify to bring out a turn 7+ creature that completely dominates, allowing them to proc their ability should be changed. These cards should only get their ability to proc when cast, and not when they enter from the graveyard. Thanks.
