opponents creating loops timing out
Players shouldn't be able to weaponize effect loops and their resolution to beat their opponent by timing them out of the game thus forcing a forfeit.
If a player generates a recursive loop that THEY cannot interrupt, then it should count against THEIR timer to resolve it and not the player who didn't initiate the infinite loop.

100% agree. I have win conditions in my deck but because of them creating too many Eldrazi tokens, it times out the game and ends in a draw. If it just timed out the opponent, like it should, I would get a chance to draw and play my win condition.
