I want the possibility to put people onto a blacklist, so I don't have to play them again. Why? Some use their extra time as weapon to punish the opponent. If they can't win, they let the clock run down. On Chess.com you are even able to report those people and they get banned for the bad manners.

Please do not hesitate to report these players to WoC with a screenshot to support your report:
-Report a bug
-Driving report.....Intellectual Property Infringement (it goes faster with this option)The more of us report a player, the quicker the sanction is put in place.
Small details:

il ne faut surtout pas hésiter à faire un signalement auprès de WoC de ces joueurs avec capture d'écran à l'appui de votre signalement:
-Signaler un bug
-Rapport de conduite .....Intellectual Property Infringement (cela va plus vite avec cette option)Plus nous sommes nombreux à signaler un joueur, plus vite la sanction est mise en place.
Petits détails:
Dans votre message utiliser le terme "nui fortement à l'expérience de jeux" et "comportement puérile et immature" cela est efficace.Bon courage.
