Players need to concede matches instead of timing out
Way too many players just quit playing if they are losing, Then the winning player has to wait for the game to time out through multiple turns and time outs. They need to be incentivized to CONCEDE matches instead of just walking away. Not conceding is selfish and punitive behavior that should be banned. Its the number one problem with MTG: Arena.

I can't lie, I have been that person on rare occasion who times out intentionally because I think the deck an opponent has played is bogus (ie they play 10 different versions of murder/counterspell in historic) and denied me any ability to play the game. It's rare for me and it's a statement of what I think of your deck. I actually have the opposite problem, people conceding instead of letting a game play out when I persevere and manage to beat their bogus deck.
When MTGA doesn't really give you effective tools to communicate, this is kind of just the natural result
