Personal Ban List in Play Queue
In the Play Queue, allow the player to choose cards or colors to "ban" for their games. For example, if I don't want to match against Monstrous Rage and Manifold Mouse, I can select those cards for my personal "ban list" and I won't play against them. I think of this like kitchen table Magic where you set your own house rules with your friends. Queue times may be longer but I would trade a longer wait time for a more enjoyable experience.
Of course leave the Ranked Queue for competitive play as is.

This would be very much appreciated addition to the game. This would allow players to weed out the handful of meta decks that we see over and over and allow us to play against different decks and encourage people to create their own decks.
