Crash and match loss
It happened to me many times in the last weeks, that the game crashes as soon as an opponent is found and the match is ready to be played. Then, if I try and open the game to reconnect, I find a bugged loading frame as in the attached screenshot, and when I finally manage to get back into the game, the match I was about to play is considered as a loss.
This happened to me with premier draft, ranked and standard event matches.

This same thing has happened to me several times now with the same bugged phyrexian loading screen. I've lost matches on premier drafts and most recently qualifier weekend due to this.
