iPad/iOS hand of cards not displaying properly and games not playable

Operating System: iPadOS 18.6
Hardware: iPad Pro 11-inch, Model: MTXQ2LL
The hand of cards in all games is now displayed very far on the bottom of the screen -- they are pushed so far down they can't be read at all unless you tap on them frequently. Because they are close to the bottom where one swipes up to exit the program, this makes the game nearly unplayable! (Cosmetically, the mana symbols also clip through the life total and avatar).
I can't imagine paying more money for this game while it's in this unusable state and it makes me feel less confident that if I spend money on the game it will be usable in the future...
