Sparky not taking actions
After the late update, my game with Sparky will occasionally get hung where they take no action. I tried clicking around and nothing works. I just have to concede.
It's been different decks and happened three times today.

This bug happens to me as well. It just keeps saying "hmmm" "hmmm" and does not do anything. I haven't found a way to reproduce the bug consistently.
