Kotis
Kotis not working again. Issue first began with update. Issue was resolved, but started again this morning. When kotis deals combat damage, it exiles opponents library but does not allow the cards to be cast.

I have exactly the same problem. Attached my game log. The deck is useless atm because of the bug!!! You attack, the trigger is being shown, but instead seeing the cards the only thing you can do is to click "Resolve", which omits the casting phase and the game goes to the next phase.
WIzards - this is what you expect we should pay you for!?

It shows this message as a question with no way to choose a response, other than pass to the next phase.

I experienced the a similar thing with Etali's ETB. What I found is that you have to now select the exile pile next to the library and should be able to select spells and cast them from there. Not a good design flaw for sure
