Just downloaded this game an hour ago through the Steam client.
I think the screenshot says it all. I've read that there's a long standing MacOS aspect-ratio/resolution issue (which doesn't instill confidence I should spend time/money on this game), but this is literally unplayable when previously casted cards hide the board.

It seems that when this happens, even conceding and starting another game does not help.
