Bug: Snuff Out doesn't check the correct player when heisted
If you heist (or otherwise get to cast your opponent's Snuff Out) from exile, it checks if your opponent controls swamps and not you.
In the given log file, I two direct games were played to test this out.
Bonus problem: the website wouldn't let me upload a .log file so I changed it to a .txt

Just had this happen to me! Opp had a swamp. I did not. Stole a Snuff Out with Rahilda, Snuff out was castable for life.
