This is a very obvious problem and can be solved in an extremely simple way that costs nothing to WoTC. Remove the crossplay between mobile players and pc players to fix this incredibly toxic afk system.

The only argument I have ever accepted for roping is that people close their app without conceding not realizing the game still runs, or disconnects. I have never once disconnected from a game on mtg arena on pc in 5 years of playing the game, this does not apply to this sector of players at all. Why are we being forced to deal with people that walk away from their phones, close the app, or have connection issues that are 100% specific to mobile?

This game is very unenjoyable when you're sitting at your desk trying to get your daily mission out of the way, then some idiot on the other end is doing chores while playing and closes the app when they realize they're going to lose. If they lost connection, I still don't care, my time is being wasted staring at a game that is already over at a ridiculously high rate. Until you come up with a real solution to roping, please for the love of god separate these two platforms, the problems on one are being forced onto the other, our queue times are not so high that mobile and pc NEED to be in the same player pool.
