Forced timeout from scute swarm triggers
See attached screenshots for evidence of timeout counter continuing white scute swarm triggers are on the stack. Waited for resolution of all stacks and auto-lost due to forced timeout.

Had the same issue. I attacked with all creatures and the attacking phase never resolved. Lost due to forced timeout.
