Lavinia, Azorius Renegade restricts Toxic Deluge
Lavinia, Azorius Renegade restricts Toxic Deluge as if the X decided the mana cost, but the X in Toxic Deluge is for life paid and Lavinia shouldn't interact with it at all. It wouldn't let me set X higher than 1 when I had 4 lands and it wouldn't let me set X higher than 2 when I had 5 lands (screenshot attached)

Log posted. Encountered this exact issue. I had three lands in play and when I casted Toxic Deluge against an opponent's Lavinia the life prompt didn't even appear; no Lavinia trigger occurred, deluge had X set to zero and went from the stack to the graveyard. This was during an all access brawl game so I'd like my entry fee back.
