Description:
Arvad, Weatherlight Smuggler does not trigger at the beginning of the end step when a decayed Zombie token created by Jadar, Ghoulcaller of Nephalia is sacrificed at end of combat after attacking.
Expected Result:
Arvad’s ability should trigger at the beginning of the end step because a creature died this turn.

Also found another case:
I had Lurrus, Arvad and Daxos on the field.I used Lurrus to bring back a Stonecoil Serpent with cost 0 (zero) mana. The stonecoil entered the battle, triggered my Daxos, when entering and leaving (+2 life);
BUT Arvad... didn't count the dead of the stonecoil at the end of my turn;

to be fair,
currently its working in historic and sparky;
I couldn't make match all the cards easy for re-testing in brawl;
